I'm not a coach who struggled with fitness and found her way. I'm a coach who walked into the gym at 26 as a burnt out restaurant GM who was using wine as a stress coping mechanism, couldn't carry my own Costco groceries, and decided that was the last day I'd let myself be that version of me.

On paper I had a successful career and had "made it" for my age. But I was the most insecure I'd ever been in my body. Pelotoning every day because I thought burning more calories was the answer. Eating as little as possible because that's what "skinny girls" must do. Trying to make myself as small as possible.

And even though I was "working hard"... nothing was changing. I was tired, weak, moody, and stuck.

I didn't need to lose weight. I needed to become someone I actually respected.

Once I learned how to fuel my body properly, lift weights with intention, and stop trying to shrink myself... everything changed. Not just my body, my confidence, my standards, and the way I showed up in my entire life. 

I quit my job. I started my own business. And I wake up every day genuinely stoked about the life I've created.
